Still in Norway, and there is trout to be had—smoked as a starter and oven-roasted for dinner. A somewhat unusual bycatch today: an eel that, sadly, had to be put down, even though the species is protected.
The wind that refreshes the soul…these do it. The grain surprises me – I wouldn’t think it would add so much to these but it does. Ans one without it! Interesting. I see a lot to appreciate.
