My fisherman’s eye wants to believe that I see a nice fish in the foreground in the first picture, but it’s probably a hallucination influenced by the fact that there are only 10 days left until my annual trout week in Norway.
This year it will be a week north of Sognefjord, east of the coastal town of Förde. We have been in that area for the last 25 years and hope to continue for another 25 years, even if it means someone has to drag me on wheels to a lake.

As always, much appreciated Philip 🔷
Hi John and thanks for sharing your great photos…😊⭐️😊

With a fisherman’s eye, you get the benefit of the doubt. Where in Norway is your trout trip?

I dropped myself on the map; the town and surroundings… wonderful
I’m drawn to pond surfaces -not easy to capture so I really liked these
Thanks. These were taken within a few minutes of each other; a paddle across to the north end of the pond last month
