Another beautiful picture with great colors as well.
Thanks Phyllis. This was taken yesterday, near the same spot I took “The Portals,” but with a wide angle this time. It’s strange, how similar the sky looks in the two images despite being six days apart.
Looking amazing
Thanks Chris. The house in the distance is one of the most iconic homes in NY. It’s been there for 135 years through several hurricanes. Same house as the previous pic.
I like both but this one has something extra
Wide (24mm equivalent) vs Wide/normal (40mm equivalent)
Very much my cuppa tea John
Always nice to hear from you Scott– thanks
If this were a painting, no one would believe it was an actual scene.
Appreciate that, GP. Always a pleasure.
This one just draws my eyes in. Wonderful.
Thanks so much. I’ve photographed that house in the distance a number of times over the years. It’s quite a striking profile.
I really admire your landscapes, I always get stuck looking at them. Thank you for making me enjoy it so much.
What a gracious comment. Many thanks, Tomi 🌟🖐
Your beach scenes have been so beautiful lately. This one has the wow factor but at the same time, it soothes.
Thanks – nice to hear. Isn’t it interesting how landscape photographs with “wow” often involve some combination of sky, water and rock formations?
