What a gracefully shaped road and fence line. I like how much detail there is (if you look for it) in the darkest areas of the photograph. Then of course there is the fog . . .

This has such a wonderful sense of place. The open gate, the gentle curves of the fence and lane through the little swale, and the grazing cattle each make a statement. The diffuse backlighting on the lane puts a great finish on it. And as Linda said, “Then of course there is the fog…”
