I’m glad I didn’t delete any of your posts before looking at them because I love this. It immediately brought Karl Blossfeldt to mind. It takes a different approach in terms of composition but I see some of the same palpable sense of form, making me feel like putting my hand around the stem. You can’t make a photo like this if you don’t feel love for the subject.
