It has become quite foggy recently in your timeline, John. I like that almost as much as your clear lines and colors.
It’s a suite of pictures from two trips north this summer which I’m uploading as a sequence. Mornings there were often foggy, but I needed extra coffee. 😄
I see! And people like me, unable to getting up early in the morning, will never become good photographers like you are. There are scenes and lights late risers will never ever see.
Ah, but sound sleep often eludes me 😄
That makes it easier getting up, I imagine.
Yes it does!
Another splendid composition, John. You have a real eye for possibilities.
Thanks Mike. As always, I appreciate your comments.
Awesome photo (:
Happy you liked. Thanks!
The dark tree on the right is unexpectedly bold, especially after the last simialr photo with its subtle layers of tones. I admire your ability to be so versatile. I enjoyed your conversation with Ule…when Joe & I stayed with her and Ben, we were up until all hours talking. I was exhausted! They stay up so late! 🙂 But I would so love to do it again, it was great conversation.
Didn’t realize you’d met. So cool….
We’d been following one another’s blogs for a while so when I knew I was coming to Germany I contacted her. It was great to meet in person…we wandered around her small village and photographed an old building. She’s a great friend.
