Photographing stormy skies like this has been a thrill ever since my first contact sheet 45 years ago.
I remember buying 5 metre tin of Ilford FP4 and HP4 and rolling my own film cartridges. Dark room, under the stairs.
Still have some pictures on the wall from these negatives! https://photos.app.goo.gl/sTyTt2P84u9XW5Dv8
I just realized I never saw your link. Those are great looking vintage prints. Thanks for sharing, Geoff!
What great atmosphere captured. The Gods must be angry!

Contact sheet, wow, that brings back memories!
My first darkroom: parent’s basement. And I’m guessing I wasn’t the only one…

Do you still have negatives from those cartridges?
Still have about two film’s worth. The rest have disappeared with the years.
