Thanks Ed. I’ve been enjoying your various comments about painters, although Corot is one I haven’t thought about in awhile. Pretty sure he was one of the first to combine photography and etching in a print-making technique. Enjoy your evening!

I have to thank Ed, too, for mentioning Corot, about whom I know very little. I had a vague recollection, then did a google image search, and see many beautiful paintings, many with quietly radiant light behind dark, full trees. Somehow, you transported that light here. 🙂
I looked him up as well and as it goes with so many of those painters, it unlocked a number of pleasant memories… museum visits and treasured books.
This is a tribute to the Hudson River School of artists from the 1800’s. Amazing.
