The skin of a camel is quivering (not sure of the word, i mean frissonner)
Very interesting; I’m not aware of that french term, but in this instance, I’d say “quivering” is an excellent choice of words.
It’s amazing that you have the sand texture and cloud texture so equalized. First, to see that but then to photograph it takes skill! Beautifully done.

I’ve been shooting this series as black and white jpegs (and raw files simultaneously). For me, seeing the image in black and white in the viewfinder is the best way to be sensitive to what I’m feeling.
In most instances though, I’m working from the raw files in pp
