My comment didn’t get uploaded- I was commenting on the symbolism for our times- the island of humanity and wellness in the distance but there is a path leading there, through the fence (dare we say wall?) we see sunlight but there are still some clouds and a distance to go. And I agree with Lynn!

I don’t typically photograph with metaphor as the dominant theme but I have been more aware of it with this project than others.
