Are you – or were you recently – back out west? I’m pretty sure we’re going to go to south central UT in October – would enjoy hearing about your travel in the area. This is just right, with the flattened perspective showing off all those dry, rugged textures. And then the telephone pole in the background, and the hills; everything plays its part to perfection.

I remember you did some great work trips west.
The last two winters in Utah were compelling– that familiar landscape caught in the low light of January.
I like revisiting my trip files. I’m sure you can relate. 🙂
