With JUNIPER BERRIES in mind, I think you are you exploring new territory of a Jackson Pollock-like vision with a John Todaro-twist to personalize that of your our own work. I might be wrong, but I think this is your first photo that pays homage to Pollack. There have been abstract photos that you have shared before, but none that I can easily identify with Pollock. When all is said and done, this is a wonderful image.
Thanks,
Brion
I’m happy to hear you see a Pollock connection, because I’ve aimed for that look with a number of pieces over the last few years.
Maybe the teal-toned shadows helped in this instance… and of course those lines and textures.
Don’t just like — love!
P.S. Is this posted upside down?
🙂
thanks a.g.
Excellent shot, John.
thanks Ken!
Reblogged this on Le Bien-Etre au bout des Doigts.
Merci !
Ahh, beautiful!
Much appreciated, Lynn
