1. Gorgeous picture. But John…. I could swear this is a yarrow (Asteraceae) although I don’t think it would mind. You’ve given it the integrity it deserves.

   1. You’re right, Jana. Perhaps I should entitle this post “Chameleon” but as of now Verbenacea will be replaced with Asteraceae. Thanks so much! 🙂

6. I imagine the colors were actually really nice in this, but it’s great in black and white – it takes on a whole other identity.

   1. thanks Lynn. The color is appealing, but for me, this one had a far more complex mood.
