Looks he finished moving around a while back. Very nice photo John
Thanks Chris.
La fotografia è bella, molto divertente e mette buon umore. Grazie John!
Grazie, siete davvero gentili.
There’s something really charming about an object that’s been completely put beyond use. Having said that I like it that the headlamps are intact. Great shot.
Thanks Richard, and I agree. Surfaces like these help to devalue notions like “factory paint”.
I love these old trucks that seem to show up out west John. This is a fine example and a smashing picture!
Thanks Adrian. When seen in those open spaces, and especially with a wide angle, they can be very appealing.
Muy Buena Fotografía John, Me Encanta Su Colorido y La Composición…
Muchas gracias, Jose. El camión tenía los colores del desierto. Gracias por comentar…
Too perfect! The windshield, the sky, the crop, the angle (wow!) everything! And what an interesting contrast with the moss-covered, mildewy abandoned trucks of the northwest, huh? The same and not the same.
Thanks Lynn! This old Ford looked sort of like a caricature when I found it so I think maybe the rather extreme wide angle helped to emphasize those qualities. And yes, this was a very different species than your mossy GMC. 😉
Excellente photo !
merci!
Schöne Fotografie Grüße und wünsche einen schönen Tag.Gislinde
vielen Dank!
If this vehicle could talk, I’m sure it would have quite a few colorful stories to tell us!
that’s certainly the truth–thanks Mary Ann.
